Italy '81 This trip was very important to us for many ways. It was our first trip to Europe. Our family shared travel with Richard and Jola's father. Richard was living there and hand lead us around Italy for two weeks, introducing us to the fine culture and food. We explored in Rome, Florence, Venice, Naples and Capri. Because of this trip, we have have returned to Europe many times and branched out to more exotic locations. It set the tone of travel with small groups for the most fun. | ||

| Italy '06 we returned to see if it was a great as we remembered. We were in Venice for a couple of days before the tour started. On this Rick Steves' tour we visited the Hill Towns. It was marvelous, again. More pictures are on bburch.org. The food was just as great this time. The people were very friendly and the views spectacular. | |||
